After living in Japan several years ago where I discovered yoga as well as a spiritual universe in accordance with my values, I went to live 4 years in Paris to work in the world of fashion as a press and interpreter in Japanese, a world where I got lost that didn't suit me. Returning to the Geneva region, I then fully immersed myself in the practice of yoga as well as training, which allowed me to deepen my practice and to be able to teach it.

 

Passionate about alternative culture (metal music, techno music, tattooing etc ...) I have also created "Touch My Soul", events in Geneva which bring together tattoo artists, creators, electronic music, yoga, holistic therapists etc …

 

Now newly certified in Hatha Yoga, Women's Yoga Therapy and wellness and nutrition coach, I offer mainly Hatha-Flow classes which mix traditional Hatha-Yoga with Vinyasa.
